Windsor Technology has recently added the Nordson Quadra Pro 3 3D X-Ray system to our production floor significantly boosting how we detect and prevent hidden defects.

The Power of X-Plane Technology
A standout feature is X-Plane technology, which reconstructs 3D images from multiple angles to virtually “slice” through the board. This lets us isolate and inspect individual layers—helping us detect hidden issues like voids, head-in-pillow, or cold solder joints that standard X-ray might miss.
